PARTY SPACE AVAILABLE SAT AFTERNOON 4pm & SUN 2-4:30.
*We have climbing rope, parachute, trapeze, tumbling mats and inclines, mini balance beam, hula hoops and we do a mean hoki pookie and more!
Lucky Kids After School Cool Program
We want to nurture all spirits in play & imagination while letting our individual inner creative lights shine. We will introduce different classes every 5 weeks so kids are exposed to different kinds of classes and cultures, including introduction to languages. We will be free to climb run jump play dance rhyme twirl,down dog, tumble swing & swish expressing ourselves through thought action and activities.

3-3:45 outdoor play weather permitting
3:45-4:15 pick up Roots go to park or studio for fun & play
4:45-snack
5:00-6 Classes; Mon Circus Skills/Yoga, Tue-Intro to Language Spanish, Italian or Japanese ( we will
do a fun activity entirely in the language we are studying) Wed-Tumbling/ Thur-TBA / Fri no after
school.

This is List of proposed classes. The classes will rotate every 5 weeks or so.
Class descriptions:
Garage Band/School of Rock- music class with intro to guitar, drums and rhythm & rhyme.
Circus Skills/Yoga- explore different kinds of juggling, balance & big top games in our 10 foot parachute. Clowning
Tumble Tigers-Tumbling is introduced with skills such as forward-backward rolls, cartwheels, & hand stands.Rope climbing.
African Drumming or Dancing-explore west African rythams with hands and feet we'll feel the beat. Music traditions from Senegal & Guinea.
T-Ball/kick ball- on really nice days in spring and the fall we have some fun in the park and develop our coordination & playful spirit.
Tennis Lessons- fundamentals holding the racket, serving and returning.
Tap Dance- Heal toe and general rhythm.
Tattoo Culture- we will study different cultures that use tattoos as expressive cultural art and icon; the Japanese body suite, the Mettawan tribe, scarification in Africa. The class will culminate with the design of our own tattoo and using the India & morraccan custom of tattooing using henna.
Cartoon illustration- We will invite animators from Pratt to assist with this class and invent our own realm of good and maybe a little evil.
Improv /Theater-Creative games to build character & confidence
Arts projects and Community service- introduction to photography and how images and idieas could help or improve a situation for someone else.
