Get out of the house meet new parents & tykes in this low key class.
We will focus on strengthening the core/middle area with slow and careful yoga postures that will help tighten & reduce. Let your baby play while you relax and breathe.

Astanga Yoga

MYSORE STYLE ASHTANGA YOGA- is a set sequence of postures practiced individually under the guidance of a teacher. it is designed to detoxify the body, align the muscular-skeletal system and purify the nervous system. it's a vinyasa system that coordinates breath and movement. this is the method of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Basics

Welcome to the fundamentals of Yoga, Lucky Lotus Style!

Basics classes are great for any level of practitioner. We will focus on strengthening the core body through basic & modified poses.The postures will be broken down and taught in detail. We will learn to focus and use are breath to open energy channels while in postures. The class will include twists,forward & back bending, and sun salutations among others.The emphasis will be on breathing and healthy alignment in the poses. Open to all levels.

Beginners Basic

For people who are brand new to yoga or have just had a couple of classes.Covers basic postures and breathwork.

Bending with Grace



Intermediate/Advanced

Intermediate Advanced classes are challenging and for those who want to deepen their yoga practice. It is appropriate for students with a regular self-directed practice and a strong command of deep backbends, arm balances, twists, inversions and Pranayama.

Lucky Kids Yoga

We will rotate our class schedule every semester so we can allow Lucky Kids to experience & explore. This semester we are offering Yoga and Judo as a means of strengthening our selves inside and out. These activities are aimed at giving kids confidence and teaching positive ways to deal with emotions.

Welcome to Yoga, Lucky Lotus Style! Mixed level classes are good for those who have a few basic classes under there belt. We welcome all and encourage students to work poses at their own level. The class will include Pranayama, twists, back bending, sun salutation, & a deeper exploration of breath and postures.

Prenatal

The pre-natal class will include poses to increase energy & strength. We will concentrate on our use of breath to help prepare for labor & delivery. We will also explore creating our own voice coaching tapes & visuals in preperation.Great place to hook up with other mommies to be.

Yoga Sutra Chapter II



Zumba

Zumba is a dance based cardio work out. Most peole just think its fun. Join the party & get fit fantastic music easy moves. Wear sneakers.
